RCBZ is “in it but not of it.” The situation is becoming such that he is passing into the realm of the Yeti. We have tantalizing evidence that he exists, but the sightings are increasingly infrequent.

 

Sandro Bongiani writes: RCBz has always lived in anonymity, it is a sort of mysterious Banksy of international postal art. Certainly much more creative than the Billboard advertising and commercial poster. We know very little about this artist and there is still no trace of biography that can reveal something more to us. We only know that he lives in Minnesota (USA).

Born east of the East River to the murmuring anxiety of waning victory celebrations, bathed in commercially funded electro-magnetic mythologies, bound by beneficent indifference to flit, flail, and fritter my way through atavistic Alexandrian scrolls, I am no artist; I am no scholar; I am a weak lunatic pulse surfing the intellectual float.  

 

 

- RCBZ è "in esso ma non di esso". La situazione sta diventando tale che sta passando nel regno dello Yeti. Abbiamo prove allettanti che egli esiste, ma gli avvistamenti sono sempre meno frequenti.

 

RCBz, vive da sempre nell'anonimato, è una sorta di Banksy misterioso dell'arte postale internazionale. Sicuramente molto più creativo del cartellonista, pubblicitario e commerciale Banksy. Sappiamo pochissimo di questo artista e non esiste a tutt'ora una qualsiasi traccia di biografia che possa svelarci qualcosa di più.
